All classes require that you have attended the beginning stamp class, or have basic stamping knowledge. Please read the 'class policy' listed at the end of this class list. It is imperative that you bring your Basic Kit to each class. Before attending class, please check the website for any additional supplies that may be needed. We will attempt to post supply lists for all of the classes within 48 hours of the first session. There is a 10% discount offered on class-specific items, only. This discount does not apply to basic supplies, unless they are used in a technique specifically taught during that class.

Basic Stamping Kit
A permanent black dye ink pad, assorted markers/colored pencils, a quickie glue pen, a pencil, a ruler, an eraser, scissors, an exacto knife & cutting mat, double-sided tape, a craft pad, a brown ink pad with a distressing tool, one clear and one black gel pen, a clear Wink of Stella pen, foam tape, and your favorite paper adhesive.


Basic Scrapbook Kit
?12” paper trimmer, scissors, fine fussy cutting scissors, an exacto knife & cutting mat, a brown ink pad with a distressing tool, a 12” ruler, a variety of adhesives (including a tape runner), liquid glue or a glue stick, foam pop squares, a pencil and an eraser.


Beginning Stamping

Come and learn the basic techniques of rubber and acrylic stamping! In this class you will learn the proper use of various stamp products along with several stamping techniques including embossing. All supplies are included.


Beginning Pencils 3.0
Many of our most favorite images are colored with Prismacolor Pencils. We are excited to now offer Faber-Castell Polychromos as open stock. In a class for beginners as well as those who have taken Colored Pencils before, we will show you how to color, blend, and achieve beautiful life-like colored images with these pencils along with our traditional Prismacolors. We have chosen a new selection of images to practice and learn color pencils.Bring your pencils and  basic kit and check the website for any additional supplies you may need.


Beginning Copics
Let us demystify Copic markers for you. Learn the numbering system and how it helps you combine colors for successful blending and coloring. Bring your Copics, Basic Kit and check the web site for any additional supplies you may need.
 

Watercolor Thursdays!
Welcome to the world of watercolors! This class runs once a month, on the third Thursday, and will feature different watercolor mediums and techniques in each session. Please note this is an instructional class and will not always feature a card or a complete project. Even if you haven't attended previous classes but want to learn watercolors, come to class. We will help you get up to speed and show you all the techniques and variety of watercolor mediums. A Stampendous palette, #10 snap brush, and #2 or #3 round brush required. Please note that this session will be solely instructional on watercolor pencils and brush work. No cards will be made.

Monthly Layout Class
Please join us for our monthly layout class for 2025! Each month we will present a 12x12” double page layout that features a new technique or product.  A new paper collection will be featured each month. Check the Class Photo page for a picture of the  layout. What a great way to chronicle the new year! 

 

Paint Your Own Tote
This is way more fun than paint by number! In this class you will create your own design on a canvas tote and then add color by painting and decorating with Indigo Blue products including Luscious Pigment Powder, Acrylic Paints and Slap it on Binder. You have the freedom to create your own design how you want. Use your own free-hand design or use stencils or stamps and ink, your options are endless. This is the ultimate mixed media personalized project. Supplies will be available at the store but feel free to bring your favorite stencils, palette knife, brushes, and/or stamps and ink. Check the website for any special items you may needmand don't forget a smock or apron!

 

Class Reservation and Payment Policy

Reservations and payment are required for all classes. Classes are to be paid for in cash or check. Payment for classes can be mailed in or made in person. Classes that do not meet attendance requirements will be canceled and you will be notified by phone the day before. Any monies paid will be refunded or you can apply it to another class. If you cancel a class with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be required to pay for the class.
